Terms and conditions

1. General

These terms apply to all contracts concluded between Zdeněk Spisar – Spisar.cz and the client via spisar.cz.

2. Services

• Development of websites, e-commerce and digital solutions.
• Graphic work and digital marketing.
• Support and service as agreed individually.

3. Orders and contracts

• An order is binding after written confirmation (by e-mail).
• Price and delivery date are agreed individually.

4. Payment

• Invoicing follows the agreed schedule.
• Invoices are due in 14 days unless agreed otherwise.

5. Delivery

• Delivery dates depend on project complexity.
• The client must provide materials by the agreed date.

6. Liability and warranty

• The provider is responsible for the functionality and quality of the delivered work.
• Claims must be made in writing within 14 days of discovering a defect.

7. Termination

• The client may withdraw in the event of a material breach.
• The provider may withdraw if the client fails to cooperate as required.

8. Final provisions

• These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
• Disputes are heard by the court with jurisdiction at the provider’s registered office.
