Redesign of three hotel websites in Vyškov — Selský dvůr, Atrium and U Massima. A shared template with three visual identities, an AI assistant connected to ChatGPT, booking via Better Hotels and daily menus from Menicka.cz.
A virtual assistant answers guests 24/7 about rooms, parking, pets, breakfast and the area. Trained on each hotel’s real facts — no generic replies.
The Better Hotels booking widget is built into the site design. Guests never leave the hotel domain; availability and prices update in real time.
The restaurant’s weekly lunch menu uploads to Menicka.cz automatically. The client no longer has to retype it — what is in their system is on the website.
From the first analysis to launching the AI assistant. Six steps that created a scalable platform for three hotels, three identities and one backend.
We mapped the needs of all three hotels — what they share, where they differ and which features each site must have on its own. That became the wireframes of a modular template.
We built one modular template that can be adapted per hotel with colours, photos, content and page structure. When another hotel is added, launch is a matter of hours, not weeks.
Each hotel has its own character — Selský dvůr with gastronomy and wellness, Atrium with conference spaces and U Massima with Italian cuisine. The design supports that character without losing the family resemblance.
Implementation in Winter CMS with a focus on speed, mobile display and SEO. The backend is designed so the owners of three hotels can manage content easily — without technical training.
We connected the Better Hotels booking system (room availability and online payments in real time) and Menicka.cz (daily and weekly restaurant menus that update themselves). Less work for hoteliers, always-current information for guests.
I built a virtual assistant on the ChatGPT API and trained it on each hotel’s facts — from room rates and parking to cancellation terms. Guests get an answer instantly; reception saves hours on repeated questions.
