We built a multi-tenant layer so each municipality has isolated data and its own settings — with one codebase and a fast rollout of new users.
The interface stays as simple as possible: pick a facility, choose a slot, confirm and see your own bookings — anyone can do it without training. Booking confirmation by e-mail.
Bookings connect to smart locks for entry at the reserved time; in parallel we collect anonymised metrics and aggregates on usage for municipal management and operations.
